Before coming together as a group, each individual has the opportunity to engage in one-on-one sessions with a counsellor to explore their personal perspective and challenges within the relationship. This allows for an open and honest opportunity to be seen and heard individually before coming together as a group to have a deeper discussion and solution-based plan for their relationship moving forward.

Finding Balance: A Coaching Program for Grey-Area Drinking

Sarah’s 12-week coaching program is designed to support individuals navigating grey-area drinking, helping them gain clarity, control, and a healthier relationship with alcohol. Through a structured yet flexible approach, Sarah guides clients week by week, focusing on building awareness, setting personal goals, and developing strategies to create lasting change. Whether it's with a goal of cutting it out completely or simply becoming more mindful, Sarah's approach is one of lived experience and her passion for this programme is evident in the work that she does with her clients.

Each week, clients engage in self-reflective exercises, practical tools, and supportive discussions tailored to their unique needs and experiences. The program covers key topics such as identifying triggers, managing stress without alcohol, cultivating self-compassion, and finding purpose beyond drinking.
